About Mandy

Thoughtful care.

Timeless design.

Hi, I'm Mandy, the designer behind Story & Archive.

I believe family photos are more than images; they're connections to the people and moments that shape us.

My passion is helping you transform overwhelming archives of old photos into meaningful, beautifully designed keepsakes that honor your story and bring joy for generations to come.

After going through cancer in 2025, I found myself thinking about family photos with a new kind of clarity. I've been a fine art photographer for over 25 years, but even my own family photos were in boxes and folders, scattered and unfinished.

I did not want the images that matter most to my family sitting unseen in boxes. I wanted them printed and framed, gathered into books, and brought back into daily life. That experience is part of what makes this work feel meaningful to me.
